LET’S GET STARTED!

Week ONE:

This week, we will focus on getting an emergency contact list printed, filled out, and into your binder!

How many people’s numbers do you have memorized? What would you do if you lost your phone or couldn’t access your contacts? I am going to be really honest here… I have my phone and husband’s numbers memorized, and that’s it!

AHHH, that is a scary thought. I still need to memorize my teenager’s phone numbers (I need to work on that). We NEED to have the information of our emergency contacts written down and stored in multiple places!

Keep reading because I have a few ideas of multiple places for us to put our Emergency Contact lists.

Tips-

I want you to find a spot in your home to store your binder where you can grab it quickly in an emergency!

You can also print out multiple Emergency Contact Lists, fill them out, and put copies into your 72-Hour Kits/Bug-Out-Bags.

I strongly encourage you to make copies of the Emergency Contact Lists and put them into the glove boxes in your cars. Store the Emergency Contact List in your vehicles with your registration and insurance information.

Ok, that’s a wrap for week one! Easy enough? Remember to take a picture of your Binder or Emergency Contact List and tag me on social media to win prizes. Tag @foodstoragemama and #mfsmbinderchallenge on Instagram and tag @modernfoodstoragemama page on any Facebook posts!

xoxo,

Brittany
